Mike Saint Germain joined the coaching staff in the summer of 2019. Kutztown University won the East Division of the PSAC in 2019 and finished the season 11-2. Jim Clements was the Coach of the Year in PSAC East for 2019 as well as the Region. The defense finished nationally ranked 6th in takeaways, 16th in pass efficiency defense and 27th in scoring defense.
