Eddie Allen enters his third season as the special teams coordinator for the Huskies in 2020. In his first season at UConn in 2018, punter Luke Magliozzi set UConn single-season record with an average of 42.94 yards per game. Magliozzi had 12 punts of over 50 yards and pinned 19 kicks inside the 20. Allen joined Edsall’s coaching staff after serving as the special teams coordinator for the University of Delaware since 2014.
